How Koptsikov Kesy OÜ handles personal data submitted through this website and during service enquiries.

1. Data controller

Koptsikov Kesy OÜ, registry code 17589118, Estonia, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@kesy.digital.

2. Data we may process

Depending on how you use the site, we may process your name, business name, email address, phone number, service selection, technical project information, preferred start date, correspondence and information needed to provide or invoice agreed services.

Please avoid sending passwords, secret keys or other credentials through public website forms. Secure access arrangements should be agreed separately.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare requested service proposals — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To deliver agreed services and administer customer relationships — performance of a contract.
  • To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations — compliance with legal obligations.
  • To protect systems, prevent misuse and maintain business records — legitimate interests, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

4. Recipients and service providers

Website form submissions are processed through our hosting infrastructure and email delivery provider. We use Resend to deliver website enquiries to us and to send transactional confirmation emails to the address supplied in the form. Other service providers may support hosting, accounting, communications or operational functions. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain an appropriate business record. Contract, invoicing and accounting information may be kept for longer where required by applicable law. Technical access information is handled separately and should be removed or changed when no longer needed.

6. International transfers

If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards should be used where required, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or another competent supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the services involved. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so confidential credentials should not be submitted through ordinary website forms.

9. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses essential browser storage for cookie preference and a local history of successfully submitted order requests. Form data is also transmitted securely to our server-side email service when you press the submit button. See the Cookie Policy for details.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated if our services, legal obligations or processing practices change. The version published on this page is the current version.
